Currently We have Openings For Java Developer And SQL Developer.

Java Developer Roles and skills:-
  • Expert level Core Java and solid OOP skills
  • Proven Design expertise - Design Patterns, UML; ability to propose new component designs
  • J2EE experience and familiarity with one or more App Servers and containers such as Websphere, Weblogic, JBoss, Apache Tomcat etc.
  • Comfortable developing with Spring/DI frameworks – Core Spring, Spring Integration, Spring AOP, etc.
  • REST, SOAP Web service and Web application development
  • JPDA/Hibernate
  • Relational DB hands-on experience – Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server etc.
  • Experience producing high transaction volume service/applications
  • Strong technical communication skills with good Presentation skills
  • Continuous Integration development approaches and tooling - Familiar with Jenkins/Hudson
  • Familiar with one or more development tools such as Jmeter, SOAPUIs, Junit, TestNG, DynaTrace, Jprobe, etc.
  • Experience w/ one or more of: Maven, repositories such as Nexus and Apache
  • Team player and the ability to work with teams located across multiple time zones and locations (both onshore and offshore)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, multi-task and deliver high quality work (end-to-end) in short time frames

Desired Skills

  • Exposure to Emerging/Bleeding edge Technologies and awareness with OSS tools & platforms: Apache Commons, Guice, GWT, etc.
  • Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Familiar with Scrum tools such as Enterprise JIRA, IBM Rational Jazz/RTC, etc.
  • Financial Services development background
SQL Developer Roles And Skills:-
  • Extract, analyze, review and interpret data in existing databases to support projects for maximum data accuracy and reliability.
  • Aggregate complex data sets into easily digestible data sets.
  • Flag and resolve data issues, and solve data problems by interpreting SQL stored procedures that update our databases, and by analyzing/validating the data in our databases.
  • Integrate data in different formats (e.g., csv, excel, etc.) into Luth’s postgres SQL and Greenplum database systems with accuracy, efficiency and scalability.
  • Create visualizations (charts, maps, etc) using various tools including Tableau, Excel and other BI interfaces.
  • Define data quality plans to address data quality issues; work with business users to build business understanding of data issues.
  • Perform data analysis with a deep and comprehensive understanding of Luth’s digital intelligence data collection technology, systems and customers.
  • Create well-written, clear, concise and accurate document artifacts including functional specifications, mapping documents process diagrams test plans and test scripts for the purposes of data warehouse construction, report development, verification etc.
  • Develop and provide superb communication skills in client management, project presentation, company product and service promotion, and team collaboration.
  • Practice and demonstrate exemplary work ethics, self-motivation in learning and taking on new challenges to support sales for the company.
  • Any special projects as requested by senior management.
