First Premium Processing Email Notifications from Vermont Service Center in the H-1B Lottery

Much to my surprise, we have received our first 40 email notifications from the Vermont Service Center for H-1B petitions filed in the lottery. These were filed in the Advanced Degree (masters cap).  Received date on the email is April 11th. The first emails came in at 7:55 pm last night.

USCIS usually announces how many petitions were received and when the lottery was conducted. Last year, that occurred on April 13th. We received the first premium processing email receipt notifications from California Service Center for Advanced Degree petitions on April 14th. We started seeing filing fee checks cashed on April 15th for some premium processing petitions.
