July 2024 Visa Bulletin

Introduction

The United States Department of State has released the July 2024 Visa Bulletin.

Notably, the EB-3 visa category retrogresses by approximately one year for all other countries except India and China. Due to continuing demand, it is expected the category will continue to retrogress, or become entirely unavailable, in next month’s visa bulletin.

USCIS has announced they will honor the Final Action Dates chart for filing employment-based adjustment of status applications.
