Minimum 5 years of professional working experience with Java and JEE development including Java, JavaScript, JSP, EJB, and web services At least 1.5 year of professional working experience working with tuning SQL (RDBMS) Basic knowledge of framework and internals of the architecture, including JSP, EJB, SERVLETS, JDBC, JMS, Transaction services, Logging (Log4J), Thread Management and development of asynchronous java processes Experience in using SVN version control system Should have basic hands on experience on rapid application development platforms like eclipse or IBM RAD or similar Good knowledge on HTML UI, CSS and Javascript Ability to think through performance requirements for a system, testing those scenarios and troubleshoot server runtime issues that result. Basic understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)
