Minimum 5 years of professional working experience with Java and JEE development including Java, JavaScript, JSP, EJB, and web services
- At least 1.5 year of professional working experience working with tuning SQL (RDBMS)
- Basic knowledge of framework and internals of the architecture, including JSP, EJB, SERVLETS, JDBC, JMS, Transaction services, Logging (Log4J), Thread Management and development of asynchronous java processes
- Experience in using SVN version control system
- Should have basic hands on experience on rapid application development platforms like eclipse or IBM RAD or similar
- Good knowledge on HTML UI, CSS and Javascript
- Ability to think through performance requirements for a system, testing those scenarios and troubleshoot server runtime issues that result.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)
