 Responsibilities:

• Over all 5 + years' experience in ServiceNow with minimum 3 on-Prem implementation and support experience for large clients
• ServiceNow Developer with Experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM Pro), Integration HUB end to configurations and customizations
• Experience in On-Prem and cloud architecture Configurations and support is mandatory
• Experience in platform fine tuning, health checks, upgrades for the On Prem ServiceNow instance is mandatory
• Experience in custom integrations, platform customizations and Maintenance for the on prem instance management is a mandatory
• Optimize existing and develop new service catalog offerings and associated flows with a focus on continual improvement and automation.
• Leverage Flow Designer to further mature the service catalog and migrate away from workflows. Provide technical guidance on existing workflows for streamlining and improved efficiencies.
• Identify inefficiencies to ultimately implement areas of automation.
• Participate in the upgrade cycle of ServiceNow.
• Support the design of custom catalog items, working with business area partners and the Service Management team for implementation.

Required: Relevant ServiceNow & NERC CIP certifications
