Experience & Work Description:

·        Six or more(6+) years of relevant experience required.

·        Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, VPN, SD-WAN / WAN / MAN / SDN);

·        Configure and install (physical and VM based) software, servers, routers, firewalls and other

          network devices

·        Monitor network performance and integrity

·        Tier 3 Support - Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local

         infrastructure; Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness

·        Professional certifications are preferred (e.g. CCNP, CCDP, CCIE, etc.)

·        Solid background in network administration and architecture in a wired and wireless enterprise

         infrastructure leveraging MPLS, VLAN, VRFs, and VxLAN

·        In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g.

          BGP, OSPF)

·        Familiarity with access control models and network security

·        Knowledge of coding languages for scripting (e.g. Python, Perl)

·        Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools (e.g. SolarWinds, Splunk, etc.)

·        Solid understanding of network operating systems (JUNOS, Cisco IOS)

·        Sharp troubleshooting skills

·        Ability to work independently or within a group.

·        Cisco family of routers and switches (ASR, Nexus, Catalyst); Juniper family of router, switches,

          firewalls and Mist. Palo Alto family of security products. F5 VI prion suite of products

          (Load balancing and DNS). VM NSX-T and AVI Load balancer.  Infoblox IPAM, DNS and DHCP.

           SolarWinds NPM.
