Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex web applications using ReactJS and JavaScript.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers, to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Architect and design scalable, reusable React components to enhance development efficiency.
- Optimize application performance for a seamless user experience.
- Identify and implement process improvements, code optimizations, and enhanced development workflows.
- Research and evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies to strengthen the development stack.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience as a React Developer, with at least 12+ years of total experience.
- Advanced proficiency in ReactJS and JavaScript.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs using NodeJS.
- Expertise in designing, coding, and debugging high-traffic web applications.
- Strong command of frontend web technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.
- Proficient in MySQL.
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to maintaining a clean, organized codebase.
- Extensive experience with GitHub for repository management.
- Ability to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces.
- Experience working with UI libraries like Material UI and Tailwind CSS.
- Familiarity with evolving React and JavaScript coding standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and proficiency in debugging complex issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, thriving in team environments.
