Job Description:

•         Must have prior experience (at least 4-5 yrs) working as a SAP functional analyst preferably GTS with demonstrated progression in increasing responsibilities and scope. Experience in E4H is an added advantage.

•         At least 3 years or more of managing IT projects, including minor enhancements, continuous improvement projects, and large projects (> $75K)

•         Experience managing budgets, scope, timelines, and technical resources

•         Must demonstrate capability to proactively follow-up and drive project issues to closure

•         Must have experience promoting changes to production and associated methodology

•         Must be highly analytical: can breakdown issues, systemically think through an issue, and identify root cause

•         Must be able to effectively understand business perspective, address their issues, and communicate well with business stakeholders

•         Ability to learn quickly and must be a team player

•         Must be self-starter and proactive, ability to work independently including managing deliverables, prioritize and multi-task with minimal guidance

•         Must have strong organizational skills and eagerness to drive issues to closure

•         Must possess excellent English verbal and written skills: active listener and have ability to clearly communicate ideas and solutions to different groups within the company (IT and business)

•         Must have excellent knowledge in using Microsoft products: PowerPoint, MS Projects, Excel, and Word
