Required Skills:

1) Demonstrate deep expertise in data, data models, database structures, and data behavior to design impactful reporting solutions.
2) Operate autonomously, making informed decisions with limited oversight.
3) Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and assess requirements, then design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain sustainable reporting solutions.
4) Create engaging and informative dashboards and reports using Power BI, applying appropriate chart types and visualizations to clearly convey insights.
5) Identify and resolve performance issues in reports and dashboards by optimizing data queries, models, and refresh rates.
6) Adhere to team methodologies, processes, standards, and documentation requirements.
7) Contribute to SETF's Spark initiative by delivering innovative solutions across various technologies, and recommending the best-fit tools for each project.
