Responsibilities:

•  Ensures Security Compliance: Monitors and enforces adherence to security standards, policies, and 

    procedures.

•  Project Implementation: Oversees or directly implements internal client projects, providing feedback

    and guidance to team members as needed.

•  Escalation Point: Serves as a Level 4 escalation point for the support team, addressing complex

    issues.

•   Staff Development: Participates in the technical development of staff, including training and

     mentoring team members.

•  Training Programs: Develops and conducts comprehensive Information Security training programs.

•  Technical Leadership: Acts as a technical expert and lead for departmental engineers and

     architects.

•   Advanced Network Support: Functions as a Level IV Network Engineer, providing advanced

     functional and  technical support.

•   Additional Duties: Performs other duties as assigned.
