Analytical testing of in-process biological drug substance and final drug products.
GMP testing of biological drug product samples and pharmaceutical raw material samples (in-process, release, and stability)
Assist with qualification, and bridging study testing for method development.
Qualification of critical reagent antibodies.
Routine cell maintenance for multiple cells lines.
 
ASSAYS:
Cell based potency assays,
Antibody dependent cellular cytotoxicity,
Proliferation,
Potency ELISA testing,
Residual Protein A
HCP (Host Cell Protein)
Residual DNA by real-time PCR
Protein concentration by UV-Vis analysis
Protein concentration by Solo Vpe analysis
SDS Page electrophoresis,
cGE (capillaries gel electrophoresis)
 
QC folks who have performed assay testing/development at these companies would be relevent
